DENTAL IMPLANT TREATMENT IN ANTALYA

Dental implants are screw-shaped artificial dental roots made of titanium that are placed in the jawbone for the replacement of missing teeth. Dental implants are surgically placed in the jawbone and, after this process, they fuse with the jawbone. As a result of this fusion process, the dental implant takes the place of a real tooth root and becomes ready to carry the prosthesis to be applied thereon.

IN CASE OF INSUFFICIENT QUANTITY OF BONE

Even the patients with severe problems and who need to undergo a complicated treatment process can be treated in our dental clinic. Solutions and alternative treatment procedures are offered to our patients with insufficient quantity of bone.

BONE GRAFTING PROCEDURE

In cases where the jawbone is not sufficient for the placement of dental implants and therefore dental implants cannot be typically applied, your surgeon can apply dental implant treatment by transplanting a small portion of bone in order to achieve the sufficient quantity of bone.

SOLUTIONS FOR EDENTULOUS PATIENTS

A - Full Arch:  Determination of the number of dental implants according to the bone level and the size of edentulous crest.

B - All on 6 Procedure: Includes a full arch denture applied on six dental implants.

C - All on 4 Procedure: It is the best treatment option for edentulous patients that maximizes the available bone utilization. It is a low-cost implant technique that provides patients with a full arch implant-supported fixed dentures on the same day of surgical procedure. In the All on 4 procedure intended for edentulous patients, four dental implants are surgically inserted at certain angles in the front of the jaw. All on Four treatment can be applied to all edentulous patients who have sufficient volume of bone and do not have any systemic disease that may prevent dental implant surgery.

D - All on 3 Procedure: It is an alternative treatment option in cases where other surgical techniques cannot be used as a result of local and systemic factors.

E - Zygomatic implants: Zygomatic implants can be applied in patients with advanced bone destruction in the maxilla (upper jaw) as an alternative treatment option, especially in cases where other surgical techniques cannot be used due to local and systemic factors. Dental implants used in this technique are called zygomatic implants because they are applied to the zygomatic bone (cheekbone).

F - Pterygoid Implants:  They offer an alternative treatment option for patients with advanced bone destruction in the maxilla (upper jaw), especially in cases where other surgical techniques cannot be used as a result of local and systemic factors.

G - Implant-supported removable dentures: This kind of dentures can easily be placed on/ removed from dental implants in the jaws.

SINUS LIFTING

Sinus lift surgery is a form of treatment applied in cases where sufficient height of bone cannot be achieved for dental implant application in the maxilla (upper jawbone) due to early tooth loss. Sinus lift surgery is applied to ensure the functionality and an aesthetic appearance. A radiological evaluation is performed to determine if the patient initially needs a sinus lift procedure.

DISTRACTION

It is a form of treatment applied in cases where sufficient height of bone cannot be achieved. This procedure is applied to ensure the functionality and an aesthetic appearance.

PERI-IMPLANTITIS TREATMENT

This treatment deals with the problems that occur in previously applied dental implants.

NAVIGATED AND THREE-DIMENSION DENTAL IMPLANT PROCEDURE

It is performed with the support of advanced surgical technology.

FLAPLESS IMPLANT SURGERY

It is the method that is also referred to as a non-surgical implant.
