Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology is a dental specialty that examines the diseases, anomalies, developmental defects of the mouth, teeth, gingiva and surrounding tissues, investigates the diagnosis and treatment criteria, and plans the treatment of all patients with oral and dental health problems.

Diagnosis of diseases constitutes the cornerstone of dental practices. First of all, the aim is to determine the source of the patient's complaint.

When our patients visit our dental clinic, it is possible to have detailed information about their current and/or potential problems as a whole by evaluating both clinical and radiological findings. In our dental clinic, two-dimensional images of the jaws and adjacent tissues can be obtained with panoramic radiography, while three-dimensional images can be obtained with Dental Tomography. With this tomography device specially prepared for the head and neck region, the patient is exposed to less radiation and the desired region can be seen in 3D.
